Booking Your Course
Please book and pay online through our website. Once your booking has been received, we will contact you by email with the available course dates and full joining information.
We also welcome private and group bookings by prior arrangement. If you would like to organise a cheesemaking experience for a family or friendship group, corporate team, community organisation, school or college, please contact us to discuss availability.
Cancellation Policy
As our cheesemaking courses have limited places and require ingredients, staff time and preparation in advance, we operate a 10-day cancellation policy.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person. If this is less than 10 days before your course, please provide us with the name and contact details of the person attending in your place.
If you contact us at least 10 days before your booked course, we can transfer your booking to another available date. If there is not a suitable date available at that time, we can provide a voucher for a future cheesemaking course.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, transfers or replacement sessions for cancellations made less than 10 days before the course, or for non-attendance.
In the unlikely event that Yorkshire Dama Cheese needs to cancel a course, we will give as much notice as possible and offer you the choice of transferring to another date or receiving a full refund of the course fee. We cannot accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred.
