- 200g Yorkshire Dama Sheep’s Squeaky Cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped

- Fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
Step 1 – Prepare the Cheese
