Ingredients

  • 200g Yorkshire Dama Sheep’s Squeaky Cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp dried rose petals
  • Fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method

Step 1 – Prepare the Cheese

Slice the Sheep’s Squeaky Cheese into thick rectangular pieces.

Step 2 – Make the Honey Cinnamon Syrup

In a small pan, gently warm the honey with the cinnamon stick for 1–2 minutes until infused with flavour. Remove the cinnamon stick.

Step 4 – Assemble the Dish
